These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Neexofy (the “Platform”), an online marketplace that connects clients seeking services with independent professionals who offer them. By creating an account, browsing, or purchasing a service on Neexofy, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Platform

Neexofy provides the technology that lets clients discover professionals, request services, communicate, and pay securely. Neexofy is not a party to the service agreement between a client and a professional: it facilitates the connection, payment, and communication, but the professional is solely responsible for the quality, accuracy, and delivery of the service they provide.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts may be either a client account, a professional account, or both, depending on how you register.

3. Payments and Service Delivery

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider at the time a service is hired. Funds are held until the client confirms the service has been delivered satisfactorily, at which point payment is released to the professional. Clients are encouraged to review the scope of a service before hiring and to use the Platform’s chat to agree on details, timelines, and revisions with the professional.

4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Disputes

If a service is not delivered as agreed, clients may open a dispute through the Platform. Neexofy will review the case and may mediate between the client and the professional, including withholding or refunding payment where appropriate. Specific refund windows and conditions may vary by service and will be shown at the time of purchase.

5. Professional Conduct

Professionals agree to deliver services as described, communicate in good faith, and comply with applicable laws. Neexofy reserves the right to suspend or remove any account that engages in fraud, misrepresentation, or abusive behavior toward other users.

6. Limitation of Liability

Neexofy is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neexofy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or from services rendered by professionals through it.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
